PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure having good equipment efficiency by which efficient adjustment of a thermal environment of components of a parked car by warm air or cold air is attained, for example, by improving the environment of a dirt floor section. SOLUTION: The cold air or warm air discharged from the underfloor outlet 15b of an air conditioner 6 in an underfloor space 5 is fed into the car shed space 27 of the dirt floor section 3 through underfloor air conditioning louvers 13a, 13b, 13c, and dirt floor air conditioning louvers 20, 26 of respective outlets 12 etc., 19, 25. When the dirt floor section 3 houses cars 100 as a parking area, the cold air or warm air fed from the outlets 12 etc. enters between a lower face of the car and the floor surface 7 of the dirt floor from the sides or the back of the car, and is efficiently applied to a heat exchanger 101 for air conditioning or power, which is arranged inside a front part 100a of the car, or in the case of an electric car or a hybrid car, to a power unit 102 like a motor or an engine, and a battery 103 individually or at the same time.
