PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor which is less liable to cause exfoliation to be generated in a joint portion between conductive wires and electrode wires, even when the sensor is used in high thermal-shock and high thermal-oscillation environments. SOLUTION: Regarding joint portions between sheath cores 3 and 4 and electrode wires 25-31, an electrode wire 25 for a first thermistor element 54 and an electrode wire 29 for a second thermistor element 56 are disposed along the axial direction of one sheath core 3, while being disposed opposite on both sides radially of the sheath core 3 so as to put the sheath core 3 therebetween. Furthermore, an electrode wire 27 for the thermistor element 54 and an electrode wire 31 for the thermistor element 56 are disposed along the axial direction of the other sheath core 4, while being disposed opposite on both sides radially of the sheath core 4 so as to sandwich the sheath core 4.
