PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning composition which has ununiformity preventing property about the whole property of a coating film such as glazing ununiformity preventing property, and does not deteriorate the effect caused by the cleaning. SOLUTION: A coating ununiformity preventing agent contains following (A) as an essential component or the cleaning composition contains following (A).
