PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erythrocyte deformability improving agent which improves deformability of an erythrocyte. SOLUTION: The erythrocyte deformability improving agent contains glutathione, selenium and vitamin B1. In particular, the erythrocyte deformability improving agent contains 50-400 mg of glutathione, 1-100μg of selenium and 1-50 mg of vitamin B1. The erythrocyte deformability improving agent is administered orally or intravenously. The agent may contain glutathione-containing yeast as glutathione.
