摘要 <p>The method for producing mixtures of inorganic filler material particle and plastic in an extrusion plant, comprises melting the plastic independent of the inorganic filler material and then mixing the plastic with the inorganic filler material, where different filler materials and/or different plastics are used and the filler materials are totally mixed with one another before the addition of melt. A planetary roller extruder is used for homogenization and dispersion of filler material and melt. A part of the filler materials is mixed after supplying the melt. The method for producing mixtures of inorganic filler material particle and plastic in an extrusion plant, comprises melting the plastic independent of the inorganic filler material and then mixing the plastic with the inorganic filler material, where different filler materials and/or different plastics are used and the filler materials are totally mixed with one another before the addition of melt. A planetary roller extruder is used for homogenization and dispersion of filler material and melt. A part of the filler materials is mixed after supplying the melt and the additional mixed part is lesser than the first part of the filler materials mixed with the melt. A part of the melt is mixed after the first mixing of melt and filler materials and the additional mixed melt is given in mixture with the additional filler material quantity. The filler material contains a portion of 60 Vol.% in the mixture. An adhesive mediator is used for binding the filler materials and plastic. A premixer is arranged upstream to the extruder and is a stift extruder or stift mixer. The extruder is used for the separate melting of the plastic, where the melt is dosed into the flow of the filler material over a melt pump (14). An injection ring is used for entering the melt into the flow of the filler material. A side arm extruder is used for additional introduction of the melt and/or filler material. A screw extruder is downstreamly arranged in tandem arrangement, where a degassing of the mixture takes place above or in the screw extruder.</p>
