The transmission has a secondary axle (A) supported in a frame that is fixed at a primary axle (O). A lever forms an inner crank, and a toothed wheel (Ba) is supported by planetary toothed wheels (N1, N2, P1, P2, U1, U2, V1, V2) for rotation with same angular speed in a counter direction to the frame. The toothed wheel has pins (B) on a side surface at a distance to a rotation axis. Another lever forms an outer crank, where connection of the inner and outer cranks ensures conversion of constant rotation of the primary axle into linear harmonic vibrations of the pins.
