PURPOSE: Eggs with high concentration of antioxidants and DHA, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer selenium, the antioxidants, and the DHA components to users, by simply eating the eggs. CONSTITUTION: Eggs with high concentration of antioxidants and DHA contains more than 25mg of DHA, more than 0.05mg of selenium, and more than 0.5mg of asataxanthin. A producing method of the eggs comprises the following steps: sulfate aluminum-processing tourmaline, illite, or bentonite, and inserting into clustered water for obtaining mineral water; mixing the mineral water with alkali ion water for controlling the pH into 6.5~7; supplying the obtained water to chickens; and feeding a feed containing 1~5% of illite or bentonite powder, 0.01~1% of selenium compound, and 0.01~% of astaxanthin.
