<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoresis support that facilitates conducting to separate and analyze a specified component without the need for a transfer process after migration when separating and analyzing a specific component by an electrophoretic method using interaction with a biocomponent, and for preventing the problem such as a deterioration of quantitativity by transferring, and to provide a method for separation and analysis thereof using the support. <P>SOLUTION: After foxing a substance with affinity with a biocomponent to a hydrophobic polymer, a hydrophilic polymer layer formed on a hydrophobic polymer film is provided as the electrophoretic support.
