<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunopotentiating ribonucleic acid and a homologue of this immunopotentiating ribonucleic acid and to provide a method for utilizing this immunopotentiating nucleic acid and the homologue thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The immunopotentiating composition contains such an isolated RNA oligomer of 5-40 nucleotide length as has a base sequence containing at least one guanine (G) and at least one uracil (U), and according to demand, contains a cationic lipid, wherein in one embodiment, the composition is such that the isolated RNA oligomer is a G, U-rich RNA, and in the other embodiment, the composition is such that the base sequence contains 5'-RURGY-3', wherein R represents purine, U represents uracil, G represents guanine and Y represents pyrimidine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
