<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker dispatch support program and a worker dispatch support apparatus, for selecting a business entity for repairing an apparatus on site in the repair time, from among a plurality of business entities. <P>SOLUTION: The worker dispatch support program 220 includes: a reception step of receiving from a faulty copying machine 30<SB>1</SB>-30<SB>n</SB>identification information identifying the apparatus; a first acquisition step of acquiring information on work time for repairing the failure on the location of the copying machine 30<SB>1</SB>-30<SB>n</SB>, on the basis of the identification information received in the reception step; a second acquisition step of acquiring information on dispatch time for dispatching workers for each of a plurality of business entities; and a selection step of selecting a business entity for repair work from among the plurality of business entities, on the basis of the work time information and dispatch time information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
