<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of highly efficiently removing an amine contained at a low concentration in emission discharged from a CO<SB>2</SB>recovery process, at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The method of treating emission comprising carbon dioxide includes causing emission comprising carbon dioxide (CO<SB>2</SB>) and nitrogen oxides to contact with a liquid absorbent comprising an amine to absorb/remove CO<SB>2</SB>, and subsequently causing the emission removed of CO<SB>2</SB>to contact with a catalyst comprised of titanium oxide and an oxide of vanadium (V), or of titanium oxide, an oxide of vanadium (V), and an oxide of molybdenum (Mo) or tungsten (W) at a temperature of 130-250°C to oxidize/remove the amine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
