PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for storing information to be processed using a nonvolatile storage medium, which prevents the contents of the information to be processed from illegally reading even if the nonvolatile storage medium is illegally taken out.

SOLUTION: The image processor 1 has a system memory 22 as a volatile storage medium and a HDD (hard disc drive) 24 as the nonvolatile storage medium. The image processor 1 includes: an encode processing part 37 which encodes the information to be processed; a decode processing part 38 which decodes the encoded information to be processed; a HDD control part 39 which controls to store in the HDD 24 the information to be processed, encoded by the encode processing part 37; and a memory control part 36 which controls to store in the system memory 22 a decoding key used by the decode processing part 38 when the information to be processed encoded by the encode processing part 37 is decoded.
