PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and quick-drying printing ink containing, as an oil and fat alternative to the conventional mineral oil, jatropha which does not place a load to the environment and does not compete with foods, and to provide a printing ink containing a solvent for ink which is safe and does not damage performance of the conventional ink without using a conventional petroleum-based solvent. SOLUTION: The printing ink (1) contains 3 to 60 mass% of non-edible vegetable oil. The printing ink (2) contains a mono-ester of a fatty acid. The printing ink (3) contains linseed oil.
