PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane overturn prevention device surely preventing the crane overturn, while reducing speed and stopping the crane according to a reaction force value, independently from the operation of an operator. SOLUTION: The crane overturn prevention device includes: a reaction force detector attached to an outrigger and outputting a reaction force value thereof; and a controller for controlling the crane. The controller reads the reaction force value from the reaction force detector. Depending on the dimension of the reaction force value. when the reaction force value is small, the controller steplessly reduces the speed of the crane by decreasing the amount of spool movement of a control valve than that when the reaction force value is large.
