PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a phenomenon to separate an upper rail 2 from a lower rail 1 caused by acting of an impact force applied to a seat belt on the upper rail 2 via a belt anchor. SOLUTION: The upper rail 2 includes a skirt side part 21 extended in a horizontal direction from the lower end edge of a first standing plate 201 and bent upward. The lower rail 1 includes a covering side part 11 extended upward from the long edge of a bottom plate 10 and bent to cover and wrap a bent distal end side 21d of the skirt side part 21 of the upper rail 2. In a rail mounting part 51 of a rear end bracket 5 fixing the rear end side of the lower rail 1 to a floor surface, a reinforcing covering side part 51 having a bent portion 51b covering and wrapping the bent distal end side 21d of the skirt side part 21 of the upper rail 2 is extended. Even if the upper rail 2 is deformed by an impact tension force from a belt anchor, the skirt side part 21 is locked by the reinforcing covering side part 51 of the rear end bracket 5 to prevent separation.
