PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can uniformly drop game balls in a lower tray down to a ball receiving box and can extract the game balls in the lower tray by a minimum opening and closing operation corresponding to the number of the game balls in the lower tray. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes a ball receiving tray 9 for storing the game balls, ball-extracting holes 87 and 88 for discharging the game balls in the ball receiving tray 9, and an opening and closing means 90 for opening and closing the ball-extracting holes 87 and 88. The ball receiving tray 9 is provided with a guide part 89 for guiding the game ball in a prescribed direction.
