PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical deflector in which the reflection of light is prevented at parts except a reflection part. SOLUTION: The optical deflector includes: a movable plate 10 having a reflection film 11; an axial member 20 having a mounting part 21 which is a member different from the movable plate 10 and used for mounting the movable plate 10 and elastic supporting parts 22 to support the movable plate 10 fixed on the mounting part 21 turnably around a prescribed axis; and a supporting member 30 connected to the axial member 20. A light absorption film 23 is provided on the surface of the elastic supporting parts 22 and a light absorption film 33 is provided on the surface of the supporting member 30.
