<p>A method and a device compatible with an external access to the storage device of a wireless base station are disclosed, wherein both a base station CPU and a read-write control circuit access the storage device through buses, the base station CPU sets the state of the port of the bus through which the read-write control circuit accesses the storage device according to the power-up condition of the base station, the read-write control circuit exchanges data with the outside through an external interface circuit, a power supply switch circuit may select a power supply for supplying electricity to the read-write control circuit and the storage device. An external microcomputer may access the storage device on the master control board within the base station and read the important information stored therein when the wireless base station does not power up, and may also repair a start-up program, update the software version of a system, and modify the related configuration information of a communication device and so on by the external access. At the same time the method and the device ensure that the traditional way in which the base station CPU accesses the storage device is not influenced when the base station powers up, and have good compatibility.</p> |
