The package i.e. non-glued folding box (1), has folding a box body (2) partitioned into a lower part (8) and a cover (9) by a perforation (7). The lower part is provided with a bracing within an upper area, where the bracing is operated at an upper corner. The bracing is designed as a scraping edge. The lower part comprises a latch with an opening. The cover comprises a retainer form-fittingly and/or force-fittingly fixed with another latch of the lower part. The lower part and the cover are connected at a side surface. The package is made of cardboard. An independent claim is also included for a method for dosing a powdered material with a package.
