A communication apparatus is provided which can simultaneously achieve both of maintenance of the service quality and reduction of the communication amount when updated information is transmitted. The communication apparatus (1) comprises: a communication unit (2) for transmitting updated broadcast information; an adjusting unit (3) for adjusting the information amount of the broadcast information at given timings with priorities given to the differences between the updated broadcast information and the previously transmitted broadcast information; and a control unit (4) for transmitting, via the communication unit (2), the broadcast information the information amount of which was adjusted at the given timings.
