<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost of an air-permeable soft polyurethane foam. <P>SOLUTION: In producing an air-permeable soft polyurethane foam, a siloxane compound is used in addition to raw materials for producing a soft polyurethane including polyether polyol, isocyanate, a foaming agent, a catalyst, a foam stabilizer, and an additive. Thus, a posttreatment process necessary for production of a known soft polyurethane foam, that is, a cell film removing step by an explosion process is eliminated so as to enable reduction of the production cost of an air-permeable soft polyurethane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
