<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit in which a lens array is positioned with high accuracy, even when the surface having the highest accuracy of the lens array is not in contact with a holder. <P>SOLUTION: The optical unit including a pair of integrator lenses 11 and 14 fixed to the holder 12 includes a first frame-like metal plate 10 which is fixed while the region of part of a main surface is in contact with the first surface A of the holder 12 and a second frame-like metal plate 15 which is fixed while the region of part of the main surface is in contact with the second surface B of the holder 12. A lens array 11 is positioned in an optical axis direction, by allowing a lens forming surface to be fixed to the region being not in contact with the first surface A of the holder 12, of the main surface of the frame-like metal plate 10. A lens array 14 is fixed to the region being not in contact with the second surface B of the holder 12, of the main surface of the frame-like metal plate 15. In the holder 12, a light shielding member 13 for preventing the leakage of light passing through the inside of the holder 12 is in press-contact with the inner surface of the holder 12 by an elastic restoring force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
