<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a starting time and to reduce an amount of carbon dioxide released to the outside of a plant in starting the oxygen combustion plant. <P>SOLUTION: In this oxygen combustion plant having a combustion device constituted by disposing a pipe for guiding carbon dioxide from a pipeline to the oxygen combustion plant in the oxygen combustion plant, and burning oxygen supplied from an oxygen manufacturing device, a combustion exhaust gas and a fuel, a carbon dioxide recovering device for recovering carbon dioxide from the produced combustion exhaust gas, the pipeline for transferring carbon dioxide to an another place, and a pipe connected to the pipeline, a carbon dioxide pushing-out line for distributing carbon dioxide to the pipeline, and a carbon dioxide taking-in line for guiding carbon dioxide from the pipeline to the oxygen combustion plant, are further disposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
