<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transdermally administering fentanyl and analogs thereof for curing pain, and a patch therefor, above all, a subsaturated patch for transdermally administering fentanyl and analogs thereof for a long period of time to a subject through the skin. <P>SOLUTION: The transdermal patch for administering fentanyl or the analogs thereof through the skin, including a reservoir disposed on a backing layer, is provided.
