<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably drive a mover regardless of a change in driving load. <P>SOLUTION: The mover driving device for driving the mover by a motor includes: a first detecting means detecting that the mover has passed through a first position; a second detecting means detecting that the mover has passed through a second position after the first detecting means detects that the mover has passed through the first position; a first measuring means measuring the time elapsed from when the first detecting means detects that the mover has passed through the first position until the second detecting means detects that the mover has passed through the second position; and a setting means setting the time elapsed from when it is detected that the mover has passed through the second position until the brake is applied to the motor based on the time measured by the first measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
