<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an implement and a structure for attaching a rib body of a folded-plate roof, which enable the proper attachment of a solar panel and component members serving as a greening roof, minor equipment and a maintenance passage on the roof, which have general-purpose properties, and which enable the simple and firm attachment. <P>SOLUTION: In an existing fitting leg portion 4, an elastic bent portion 43, the spacing of which is ordinarily put into narrow state from a wide one, is provided in an intermediate portion of a main plate 41 of the leg portion; an engaging edge 42, which is engaged on each of both step portions 62a and 62a formed in both the valley portions of the folded-plate roof B, is provided at the one end of the main plate 41 of the leg portion; and an attachment portion 45 for being attached to a body A for attaching the rib body is provided at the other end of the main plate 41 of the leg portion.
