<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor chip protruding apparatus with a photographing function to be used for new uses. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor chip protruding apparatus with the photographing function includes a housing arranged where a holding tape is so arranged as to pass thereover; a holding tape installation table, at an upper end of the housing, capable of supporting the arranged holding tape from below; a protruding means, in the housing, of thrusting up the holding tape supported on the holding tape installation table to make a semiconductor chip on an upper surface of the holding tape be easy to separate therefrom; a photographing means, in the housing, capable of photographing states of the holding tape thrust up by the protruding means and the semiconductor chip from one side of the protruding means below the holding tape installation table; and a lighting means, in the housing, with which the holding tape thrust up by the protruding means and the semiconductor chip are irradiated from the opposite side to the one side below the holding tape installation table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
