PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower-part drive-in system elevator-type parking equipment of which the whole drive-in part surrounding a pallet can form a nearly flat floor surface having no step heights when a car is put into or taken out of it. SOLUTION: The elevator-type parking equipment includes an elevator bucket 13 ascending and descending a hoistway 10 and a pallet lifting turning device 26 which is installed on the pit 5 of a drive-in part 3 and which turns the pallet 20 when the car is put into or taken out of the parking equipment. The elevator bucket 13 includes an opening 31 through which the turntable 27 of the pallet lifting turning device 26 passes, a crank arm 43 which turns horizontally in the front-and-rear positions of the opening 31 and transfers the pallet 20 between the elevator bucket 13 and a parking shelf 11, an inner elevator deck 32 supported above the crank arm 43 with flexible up-and-down movement, and an outer elevator deck 33 supported so that it can make up-and-down movement to the position lower than the height of the turning locus of the crank arm 43. The pallet lifting turning device 26 makes the turntable 27 on standby on the upper turning level 86 than the drive-in floor surface 4 when the car is put into or taken out of the parking equipment.
