PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cloth or the like into a bag body for a carry bag by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The sheet 1 with a zipper includes one rectangular cloth for instance, and zipper 3 and 8 are disposed on the surface. When the zipper 3 and 8 are closed, the bag body in which the attachment shape of the zipper 3 and 8 are a contour and bag body side face areas 17a and b are side faces is formed. When apex areas 15a and b projecting at the top of the bag body are tied, the apex areas 15a and b are connected to form a ring-like space 30. By putting an article in the bag body and holding a knot 20, the sheet 1 with the zipper is utilized as a carry bag. In such a manner, since the sheet 1 with the zipper can be configured just by attaching the zipper 3 and 8 to a sheet member 2, a manufacture cost is reduced.
