A method for transferring an emergency indication, a method and a system for processing emergency attachment, a Mobility Management Entity (MME) and a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) are provided. The method for transferring the emergency indication comprises: the MME receives an emergency attachment request initiated by a User Equipment (UE), transmits a location updating request message to the HSS after the authentication of the UE is passed, and carries the emergency indication in the location updating request message. The method for processing emergency attachment comprises: the HSS receives the location updating request message carrying the emergency indication, checks whether the UE has non Third Generation Partnership Projects (3GPP) access network subscription information according to the emergency indication, and if yes, transmits to the MME a first subscription information which includes the information that the UE has non-3GPP access network subscription information. The solution can ensure the continuity of an emergency call, and improves the reliability of a network.
