<p>The invention relates to a fish-processing apparatus which knocks-out fish, cuts the aortic artery thereof and counts said fish and which adapts to the variations in the height of the fish heads in order to knock-out same. The invention comprises: a casing (700) including rotary securing means and a lower horizontal shaft (604), a lower supporting means (603) and an internal supporting device (706); a knock-out pneumatic impact cylinder (100) with a knock-out hammer (102); at least one pneumatic muscle (200) secured to the upper plate (101) and to a securing means (201) that is secured to one of the lateral walls (702, 703) of the casing (700), such that when the pneumatic muscles (200) are in operation they pivot the upper plate (101) which supports the knock-out cylinder (100) upon rotation of the latter with respect to the upper horizontal shaft (103) and maintains the knock-out pneumatic cylinder (100) suspended in order subsequently to position the cylinder over the head of the fish, in accordance with the height of the latter; at least two pneumatic clamping cylinders (300), each with a clamping plate (301); a trigger device (400); and at least one board that comprises a pneumatic actuation circuit (800), an electronic circuit (900) for controlling the pneumatic circuit (800), and a programmable logic controller (PLC) (901) for commanding the electronic circuit (900).</p> |
