SYSTEM FOR POST-PROCESSING OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

PURPOSE: An electronic component post-processing system is provided to post-process a plurality of electronic components in a post-processing machine. CONSTITUTION: A carrier(100) with alignment fixtures(10) including a clamping mechanism is provided. The clamping mechanism is operated to increase the size of the received electronic component. The electronic component is positioned on the enlarged receiving unit(20) of the alignment fixture. The size of the receiving unit is decreased and the clamping mechanism is operated to clamp and align the electronic component in the receiving unit of the carrier. The carrier is arranged on a post-processing machine. The electronic component is post-processed when the electronic component is maintained at the aligned position of the receiving unit of the carrier.
