<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray construction method for a quick-setting spray cement concrete, capable of considerably reducing rebounding and the generating amount of dust, and of achieving improvement of strength expressibility, particularly long age strength. <P>SOLUTION: The spray construction method for a quick-setting spray cement concrete comprises: preparing a spray cement concrete by blending and kneading cement, silica fume and/or fly ash, and a high-performance water-reducing agent; separately pressure-feeding a liquid quick-setting agent, and a powdery quick-setting agent containing calcium aluminate, alkali metal sulfonate, alkaline-earth metal carbonate and calcium sulfonate; converging and mixing them in a mixing tube to prepare a quick-setting slurry; and converging and mixing the quick-setting slurry and the spray cement concrete force-fed separately to spray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
