<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel electrode for a solid oxide fuel cell capable of achieving the solid oxide fuel cell having superior performance even when it is operated in a low temperature atmosphere, to provide the solid oxide fuel cell including the same, and to provide an operating method of that solid oxide fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel electrode for the solid oxide fuel cell is used to operate the solid oxide fuel cell in the atmosphere of 900°C or less.
