<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoder for executing error correction decoding by adaptively equalizing a main signal subjected to the error correction encoding of a digital transmission method, and a reception device. <P>SOLUTION: The decoder 50 includes: a reception C/N determination part 51 for extracting a reception symbol string of a main signal; an adaptive equalizer 54 for a main signal for performing the adaptive equalization of the main signal; an LDPC decoder 251 for applying error correction decoding to the main signal; a soft determination remodulation signal string generation part 53 for generating a remodulation signal string from the likelihood information of the LDPC decoder 251; a transmission path response estimator 54 for updating a filter coefficient of the adaptive equalizer 54 for a main signal using the reception symbol string and the remodulation signal string; a transmission path distortion estimation part 56 for generating a reception signal replica using the remodulation signal string and the reception symbol string of the main signal; and subtraction parts 57, 58 for generating a transmission path distortion removal signal string from the reception signal replica, the remodulation signal string and the reception symbol string of the main signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
