PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing system that enables efficient workflow succession.

SOLUTION: An execution part 31 executes a medical information application program according to user operation to process medical information. An execution control part 33 controls the execution part 31 to interrupt the execution of the medical information application program. An operation information storage part 37 stores in time series operation information on user operation between the interruption time point and a predetermined time point. A display part 53 has a display for displaying the result of processing by the medical information application program. A reproduction part 49 reproduces the user operation between the predetermined time point and the interruption time point on the display according to the operation information.
