<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device etc. that can eliminate or reduce effect of noise on a result of ambient light detection. <P>SOLUTION: The display device 10b includes an optical sensor device 220 which detects ambient light. The optical sensor device 220 includes a light detection unit 21, in which a light detection voltage Vp representing strength of the ambient light is generated; a reference voltage generation unit 26 in which a predetermined reference voltage Vref is generated; a first input unit (-) in which the light detection voltage Vp is input; and a second input unit (+) in which the reference voltage Vref is input having the polarity opposite to the fist input unit, and also includes a comparison unit 60, in which the light detection voltage Vpand the reference voltage Vref are compared. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
