<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a webbing winding device reducing an absorption amount of a load in a next step relative to an absorption amount of a load in the initial step and increasing the difference thereof. <P>SOLUTION: Because a spool 20 and a sleeve 32 are tied to each other by a wire 134, when the spool 20 rotates toward the drawing out direction in such a state that rotation of a lock base 52 toward the drawing out direction is restricted, the sleeve 32 rotates along with the spool 20. Thus, torsional deformation occurs in a torsion shaft 40 connecting the sleeve 32 and the lock base 52, and a wire 132 is deformed while being drawn out from a wire insertion hole 120 and stroked. When the wire 132 has been entirely drawn out from the wire insertion hole 120, torsional deformation occurs in a torsion shaft 100 which connects the spool 20 and the sleeve 32 and whose mechanical strength is lower than that of the torsion shaft 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
