<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set an activity current threshold necessary for discrimination at a value adapted to a power consumer household. <P>SOLUTION: A total load current by electric equipment installed in a power consumer house is measured and the total load current is integrated over an evaluation timeΔt to calculate a current integral∫A(t') (Step S3, S4), and it is estimated whether there is the intended operation of the electric equipment by the power consumer household according to whether or not the current integral∫A(t') is larger than an activity current threshold D (Step S5). Specifically, the total load current is measured for a plurality of days, total load current measurements taken on the power consumer household' at-home days are used to calculate current integrals∫A(t') per preset time Ta which are sorted in descending order, a preset value Y is then used to calculate a Y% value that is a value satisfying a condition that the number of current integrals∫A(t') not lower than the value accounts for Y% of the number of all the current integrals∫A(t') sorted in a descending order, and the Y% value is designated for the activity current threshold D (Step S2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
