PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type air conditioning device capable of contributing on reduction of running costs of an outside air processing unit and energy-saving by using heat energy of exhaust heat recovered from an indoor air conditioning zone in outside air processing. SOLUTION: This heat pump type air conditioning device has an indoor heat exchanger 30 connected with an outdoor heat exchanger 20, and further has a heat pump type heat recovery circulation air conditioner 12 taking the air in the indoor air conditioning zone 10 and resupplying the air of which a temperature is adjusted by the indoor heat exchanger 30 to the indoor air conditioning zone 10. Here, an air conditioner 13 for outside air is disposed to supply the outside air of which the temperature is adjusted by the heat exchanger 37 for outside air capable of adjusting the temperature of the outside air, into the indoor air conditioning zone 10, the heat exchanger 37 for outside air is connected with the outdoor heat exchanger 20 and the indoor heat exchanger 30 to configure a refrigerant circuit in which the same refrigerant fluid is circulated, and the air conditioner 13 for outside air adjusts the temperature of the outside air by using the exhaust heat in the indoor air conditioning zone 10 recovered by the indoor heat exchanger 30.
