PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor electronic circuit which achieves a high-fast driving, and has FETs capable of being easily manufactured in one and the same process by being composed of the same depletion type transistors and obtaining superior output characteristics, even when generated at low temperature. SOLUTION: A digital circuit 100 includes: a level shift circuit unit 110 consisting of two depletion type FETs to shift the voltage level of an input voltage in the negative direction; and an inverter circuit unit 120 consisting of two depletion type FETs to invert a logical output by using the input voltage subjected to level shifting.
