PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing satisfactorily combustible volatile ingredients, in a method for manufacturing a resin material for molding by an extruder using a combustible gas and on organic solvent. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a resin material for molding using a combustible gas and on organic solvent by using an extruder 1 equipped with a vent mouth 4 for evacuation of the gas and the solvent, an inert gas is introduced into the vent mouth 4 or into a pipe arrangement between the vent mouth and evacuation equipment 5, whereby staining of the pipe arrangement and contamination of a product with foreign matters is prevented.
