<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which reduces the rolling resistance in the pneumatic tire having a plurality of main grooves extending in the tire circumferential direction. <P>SOLUTION: Groove walls of main grooves 2, 5 located on the outermost side on a shoulder side out of the main grooves 2, 3, 4, 5 extending in the tire circumferential direction formed in a tread part 1 are formed asymmetric in the right-to-left direction with respect to a normal Y passing through the center O of the opening width X of the main grooves 2, 5.
