PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure or the like of a cable protection tube branch which easily branches a cable accommodated in a protection tube according to needs, does not cause the intrusion of water or the like into the protection tube from the branch, and is in excellent in workability and appearance. SOLUTION: The piping branch structure 1 is connected with a main tube 3 and a branch tube 5 by a cover 7. The cable 9 in the main tube 3 is extracted to the outside from a cable opening 11 formed at the main tube 3, and inserted into the branch tube 5. The main tube 3 and the branch tube 5 are held by the cover 7, the main tube 3 is held by a main-tube holding part 15 of the cover 7, and the branch tube 5 is held by a branch-tube holding part 13. A branch-tube holding protrusion 14 is formed at the internal face in the vicinity of the tip of the branch-tube holding part 13. A waveform of the external periphery of the branch tube 5 inserted into the branch-tube holding part 15 is locked and fixed by the branch-tube holding protrusion 14.
