PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat base material with excellent air permeability which improves comfort when sitting for a long period by effectively releasing heat and humidity transmitted to a vehicle seat when an occupant takes the vehicle seat and which suppresses deterioration of durability of the vehicle seat by suppressing promotion of the deterioration of a soft resin layer.
