PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing unauthorized copying of a document to which copy inhibition information is added. SOLUTION: The device includes a means for reading plural documents, and thereby generating document images, corresponding to the plural documents; and an extracting means, capable of extracting conditional output permission information and output inhibition information from the generated document images. If both the conditional output permission information and the output inhibition information are extracted by the extracting means, document images generated are not output.
