A fan cooler of a wind power generator which cools the devices disposed in a nacelle (3) comprises a suction port (11) which is opened into a nacelle outer shell (10) and which introduces the outside air into the nacelle, an outlet opening (12) which is formed in the nacelle outer shell (10) and which discharges the air in the nacelle, an exhaust port (14) which is formed at the outlet of a duct (13) connected to the outlet opening (12) and which discharges the air in the nacelle to the atmosphere, and a ventilation fan (15) which is installed in the nacelle near the outlet opening (12) and which sucks the outside air through the suction port (11) and discharges the air in the nacelle through the exhaust port (14).  A bypass flow passage (16) for returning a part of the air discharged from the exhaust port (14) into the nacelle is formed on the downstream side of the ventilation fan (15).
