The present invention relates to a trench line for the disconnection of a solar cell, which effectively disconnects a semiconductor layer formed on an upper portion of a substrate from a semiconductor layer formed at a side portion of the substrate and improves disconnection reliability. The trench line for the disconnection of a solar cell according to the present invention electrically disconnects the semiconductor layer formed on the upper portion from the semiconductor layer formed at the side portion of the substrate of the solar cell, and comprises a plurality of unit trench lines which intersect with each other on the upper surface of the substrate of the solar cell. The intersecting points of the unit trench lines are located on the unit trench lines and inwardly spaced apart from the starting points or ending points of the unit trench lines by a predetermined distance.
