<p>The method involves continuously detecting actual-web tension values at a drawing roller (30) and roller groups (60', 60'', 60'''), and transmitting the detected tension values to a control (120). The detected tension values are compared with preset reference-web tension values by the control. The drawing roller and the roller groups are influenced by the control, such that the detected tension values correspond to the reference-web tension values. An average actual-web tension value corresponds to an average reference-web tension value based on a considered section of a paper web (15). An independent claim is also included for a device for controlling tension of a paper web in a rotary printing machine, comprising measurement devices.</p> |
