The present invention relates to a steam injection arrangement (9, 10, 11) for a laundry appliance (1). The steam injection arrangement (9, 10, 11) comprises a steam separator (9), wherein a steam outlet (19) of the steam separator (9) is connected to a nozzle (11) via a hose (10), the nozzle (11) opening into a drum (2) of the laundry appliance (1).
